I picked up two of these kits in Feb. 2021, one for my son-in-law and one for me on the recommendation by Bluegabe. I didn't want to write a review until I had put the knives though some work. I finally put them through some testing on three deer and a pig. Great knives that hold their edge. From field to freezer on each animal it only took a few strokes on a steel to keep the razor sharp. I highly recommend this kit for any outdoors people in your family.

Great boning knives

I bought these also after seeing on Bluegabe. They aren't the sharpest knives upon delivery. I sharpened them to my standard, and wow. Good German steel that holds an edge. Good out of the package, but great with a little extra sharpening.
